The OpenSRS team has been monitoring and now considers this issue resolved. We will continue to monitor closely and provide an update if the status changes. Please note that you may still see hostedemail incoming delivery delays as third party mail providers would have normally queued up mail that failed initially delivery to the hostedemail servers. Delayed mail will be delivered throughout the day as per the third party mail providers delayed sending policy.

The OpenSRS operations team has been all hands on deck this morning working to resolve the issue. We are now seeing significant improvement, however services are not fully restored yet, with no ETA provided.

The OpenSRS DNS service is experiencing DNS issues resulting in degraded or intermittently inaccessible services:

  • Domain availability lookups
  • Ordering of new domains, renewals, and transfers
  • Nameserver changes
  • Hostedemail
  • DNS record changes if using systemdns nameservers
  • Some hosted websites, depending on nameservers used

The OpenSRS team has no ETA at this time. We will provide further updates as soon as they become available
